Not a restful night. I was tweaking about my overloaded summer schedule and struggled to go down then I had to get up to pee because I dreamt about peeing and that’s always a sign to get up and now I’m tweaking again. Not a good approach to any adventure….

Popped awake after an unsettling dream that I can’t rememebef but it’s my brain stressing my summer schedule again. It’s going to be fun - gotta focus on that instead of the absurd amount of work it’ll cost me. Almost posted on the 4:20 thread because I work at 4:25, but didn’t want to pick up my phone because I thought I could get back to sleep easily. Guess again.
Still spinning from the sphere.

I was up at 1:30 and never really went back to sleep until I left the bed at 4:30 to walk the dogs. I was having Iron Crotch thoughts for reasons detailed elsewhere.

That goddamned alarm kept going off all night. I pulled it down and put it in a cabinet. It’s one of those 10 year no battery ones - no on or off once it’s activated. It kept going off so I smashed it with a hammer and ripped apart the wiring. It is quiet now.
I was hoping for a restful night…
