Dammit. Both yesterday and today, I could totally sleep in. But after going down after midnight, I’m awake after one cycle. The energy of sdcc has me so pumped up.

Slept to the alarm for the first time in weeks/months. Very confusing.

I went to sleep early because I couldn’t get my tv to start after several reboots. It may have just died, which is troubling. It’s an old tv, maybe a decade old now. Plus after two days of yoga workshop and two concerts over the weekend, I was sleepy. But my body rejects extra sleep now which is incredibly annoying, another off pitfall of aging.
So now I’m tweaking over the week to come, trying to remember the odd dream I just had, and thinking I should drink some water because I ate too much garlic yesterday and now I’m dehydrated. Plus I have a bit of a headache, likely due to the weird sleep patterns. Consciousness can be such a bother.
About that water…

That "rejecting extra sleep" thing is a pain. Last night I finally got more than 5.5/6 hours sleep.
