Well, yesterday turned around wickedly from gorgeous to nightmarish with Yuki’s attack. We just got back from Star where some of Yuki’s pack rallied around him - Finn, Maci, Bodie - and after lots of treats and luv, he was back to his playful self, challenging Maci to wrestle (she’s his gf - a newffy so over 2x his weight). Good to see him smile again.
Just made his dinner and we’re waiting for it to cool. He’s staring at me with anticipation - his cheese tax collector face.

I was going to take Yuki for a walk but I was so burnt out from today’s meetings that it showed and Stacy volunteered to replace me. So Instead I ate some Brie that I just bought on some companion bread heels and now I’m taking a short nap before iai.

Just sat down at La Torta Gorda - gonna get me a fat chile rellano. Checked in at the film fest. All good. Found great parking a block away. Feeling good about tonight.

Just got back from a beach walk with Yuki. He dug a nice big hole in the sand and now he’s relaxing after the work.

Stacy took Yuki on a second walk to join our neighbor & his frenchies. When Yuki & I went, it was sprinkling lightly and he wasn’t into it. Now I’m chillin until iai tonight. Maybe I’ll start into Last Samurai Standing, which just came out on Netflix today. That’s my plan for the evening.

Star park. Lotza dogs. Yuki had some good zoomies and now he’s hassling another owner who gave him a treat. Kinda chilly but nice.
