Couldn't sleep. Gave up trying ~2am after about 3 hours. Turned on WW84 and let it resume where I had bailed on it the first try (~20min in?). I figured it was something that I wouldn't pay too much attention to and would probably put me to sleep. It didn't really work...got that movie is awful. Really bad. A stinker.

2:45 is a good time to get up, right? (I think DM was up listening to Yuki) I woke from a dream where Dani was unconscious and paralyzed after killing a rattlesnake. Nothing to read into that, either. Good thing I only had to lie there for another hour and fifteen minutes listening to Dani-Actual snoring away at the foot of the bed.

Something one of the artists said at the Fire symposium today ‘comfort is not a right’
Had some one with dinner and it got me wired for some odd reason, so I had a hard time getting to sleep and TikTok didn’t help. Then just as I was dozing off, Yuki barked. Then as I was dozing off again, one of my neighbors set off several fireworks. I could only see the afterglow from my bedroom window but it looked as if it was right over our bungalow.
I finally got to sleep but then just popped awake just now for no discernible reason. So here we are…
