Sunday: Fun Day. Sleep late, wander into North Beach, berrs at Vesuvio's, chili-cheese fries & milkshake at Mo's, meet friends at Spec's, dinner at House of Nanking (first time at Specs & the House for our friends) back to Vesuvio's afterwards. Home by midnight. Good trial run for hearing aids. Def helped a lot.

Gotta do a quick photo shoot before heading home. Then it's work (big surprise) and a telemeet with my diabetics doc. Hope to watch a movie tonight. A ton of series that I want to check out drop this week and I need to chip out some space.

Just popped awake randomly at 3:30 am and glad I did because I need to get my boarding pass for tomorrow at 6. Set my alarm.
3 telemeets, work, copy editing, pack for the weekend, iaido, lower decks!

I’ve been going for 21 hours straight. I got about 7 hours of downtime until I’m back on again. Today is the tournament and no one knows what starts when. The venue is only like 2+ miles away but Houston Chinatown miles are measured in U turns & convoluted strip mall parking lots.

Smooth day at the shop. Afterwards, sat and watched ships going to and fro in the gloaming. Gorgeous sunset. The buildings downtown had burnished copper windows and a dark, slate blue sky behind them.
Home now, drinking coffee, chilling out, then will head over to H’s for our 36 hours of bliss. Busy week, but a good one.
