I was productive and finished a draft of piece I was working on. Also did some initial research on a feasibility of a pitch to den about Jimmy Wang Yu (I’ve got enough on my plate for KFM this month already).

Rough night. I’m vacillating between depression and anxiety over everything. So many details with my mom. Things pop into my head and fester. The anxiety attacks just started over the weekend - adrenaline dumps into my gut - I can’t stand it.

She’s in the new place - this is her first night there. I’m still tweaking. I got one sleep cycle in - I think I got to bed early - and now here I am again. I feel hopeful about the senior care place. The next step is to get on top of the money…
