I need new music for my iPod/exercise
#1
My tastes are somewhat eclectic and certainly malleable -- the only thing I require is that it be downloadable from iTunes, have a strong beat that I can move to and doesn't have stupid or annoying lyrics (unless they get buried by a catchy tune and a good beat; sometimes if the beat is good enough, I can ignore the inanity of the words.)

Suggestions?
Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

AfroCelt Sound System: Sound Magic, Vol I

Goldfrapp: Supernature

Groove Armada

Nickodemus

The first Macy Gray album. The second sucked and she is a howling wingnut, but I stand by that first album, whatever it's called.

The Pogues: Rum, Sodomy, and The Lash
" " Peace and Love

Fountains of Wayne
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

My wife is enjoying the newest MIA album. She also says Van Halen and Def Leppard are great in the gym.

I don't exercise with music anymore, but used to really like the Talking Heads' Speaking in Tongues when I did.
