Two teenage girls lead double lives as assassins. They keep their cover working part time jobs. They are completely remorseless when they murder.
There’s a simplistic quality to this. Almost no soundtrack makes it raw. It’s more about the relationship between the two girls as they adopt slacker attitudes towards life.
The choreo is rough. It’s crude but tells its tale well. Some long complex scenes, technically solid.
For some reason, this didn’t work for me. It just felt flat and the characters weren’t engaging enough. It has a black sense of humor but it was too droll for me. I almost bailed on it but was glad to see the finale fight.
