Yep, I'm a little late to the party on this one. When it popped up on Netflix I knew had a chance of me never having seen this classic.
Wow. That was a lot of darkness. Lots of creepiness. And who knew it rained that much? Many times I felt I was lost in a Nine Inch Nails music video.
It was fine. I knew the basic plot so I kept waiting for the actors to catch up and get this movie on the road. Which is of course completely unfair. Lots of money on production design. The city is never named and I kept thinking it was Gotham.
I'm glad I can now say I saw it.
