I've seen Pinback multiple times.

This time around was kind of weird. The opening act was "Gong-Show" contestant Major Entertainer
Pinback played a blistering set of popular tunes with an emphasis on loud, metal-sounding guitars. They played for 2 hours, then came back for a 30 minute encore.

I listened to the albums the next day and noted how much "laid-back" the songs were on vinyl.

Drinks were $6.00 (my first G&T was delicious, the 2nd was vile - not sure if the bar staff was on-point for well drinks)

Anyway, great show, 10 minutes from home, all is well.
