On Netflix...
In the early 80's, two (three) kids get together to remake Raiders of the Lost Ark shot for shot. The reunion to make the final, missing scene, is peppered throughout and is the instrument used to retell the making of the fan film. It's nostalgic. It was like a mix of "Son of Rambow" or the documentary "The Wolfpack" (both about kids remaking theatrical releases) and the "Lost in La Mancha" documentary about Terry Gilliam's failed attempt to make a Don Quixote film.
It's frustrating watching Eric who is the director to continually make bad decisions for the sake of the film. And the last dramatic moment just adds to that.
