Ek Tha Tiger (2012)

I watched this because Katrina Kaif might be cast in Jackie Chan's upcoming Kung Fu Yoga, and I like her. She was stunning in Dhoom 3. It also stars the hunky Salman Khan, who has soulful Raymond Burr like eyes and is built like a silverback. It's a Bond spoof, Bollywood style. The action sequences are imaginative with gratuitous slo-mo and wirework-parkour. There are some rather funny bits. Only one decent Bollywood dance number, but it's quite good (set in London with Katrina in a kilt). There are swords, wielded by ninjettes no less, but that's only in way too quick flashback. It slows in the middle as Bollywood often does, and it's very predictable, but it's got great style and locations.
