Tribute or Denigration? That is the question
#1
I started this painting on Abe's birthday, will post it now on President's Day, even though it isn't done.
I showed it to a friend of mine, who was mortified. "You're making a terrible mistake; people will attack you," she said -- meaning physically. "People worship Abe, and this is just ... sick."
Hmmm. I meant it as a tribute.

The title is "Taking One for Abe."

Why can't it be both?
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

You should SO read "Assassination Vacation."
Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

It would take a hell of a lot more to mortify us. After all, we're the brotherhood of DOOM.

You should do a series of all the presidents that are on money.
