Armpit Holiday is a great band name.

Did Scapino have the same procedure that you did?

I didn't get the time. I'm thinking years ago. They prescribed him Valium to take before his rehab sessions there was so much scar tissue.

In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

Sure. Go ahead. Decide you are done with the pain medicines. Then you get to spend a sleepless night with your shoulder telling you what an idiot you are

Today's doctor appointment lasted about five minutes. It took that long because I asked a question about rehab exercises. The whole appointment boiled down to "Looks good. I'll see you in a month." I got my stitches out and rehab starts in a week or two. I can leave my sling off for extended period as long as I don't reach for anything. I still need to sleep with the sling on.

As the doc said, "This is the end of week two of a six month process"
