A fencing Plug on ESPN
#1
They had a day by day guide of what to watch on the ESPN website and they actually mentioned fencing as one of the things to watch on the 10th. Well sort of. It's kind of like making the big time

From ESPN Wrote:Who to watch: Emily Cross -- check your local listings
Cross, and American and the world junior champion in women's individual foil (fencing), has a chance to win a medal in the day's finals. But it's doubtful. Although I probably wouldn't say that to her face. You know, what with her holding a sword and everything.

I'm scanning the million channels NBC has devoted to the Olympics and they announce they are going to show the woman's Sabre finals next. Weird. Granted I already knew who won because the olympics are fifteen hours ahead of us. And the only reason they showed it was because there were two USA fencers. But they showed it. They showed it on the main network.
