Prep day for tomorrow's interview in Lafayette. Yesterday, Aoife ate the strap on my camera bag while dragging the bag to the garden. She couldn't manage to get the bag through the dog door or the damage would have been more extensive. That has to be dealt with.
Finish jerky making.

Jerky making has gotta be a euphemism…
Got a telemeeting first thing, then a ton of work, then meeting with a contractor about moving the drain on my mom’s house to make room for the new fuse box, then a mom visit, then the D00MomCaregiversNotFullMoonGathering, then maybe a bit more work, then my Tuesday is done.

Today I'm off to SF for a screener I am going to go to - a morning screener! It's some comic book thing. ;-)
Then home to work all day.

All the technical staff in the college are meeting with the Dean today. I hope there's snacks.
Listening to some old 90s IDM.

Waiting for telemeeting 1 of 2, then must finish & deliver the screener review, then we’re going out to lunch at Namaste because Stacy is breaking her fast, then serving up spam spam spam Shaolin spam, then iaido, then maybe finish Shogun if I have the juice left but I probably won’t.

My remote day, so doing my monthly work financials, then walking the dogs (our friend's, not ours) then maybe going to Rasputin, and doing some yard watering when the sun gets low.

Our morning yoga session was rejuvenating. Good to be back on my sticky mat. Then we had coffee at 11th Hour, which has been completely remodeled and we both approved of the fresh Feng shui (for any of you coffee fiends - and I'm looking at you, Yeti - next time you're in town, I must take you here - excellent coffee and brunch items).
Now I'm at my work niche like usual. Today is mostly about writing. Juggling three pieces right now, plus trying to sort a new EDM festival next weekend which has just been a mess.
I'll finish Shogun tonight.

Shop, short Stab Session (older kids off at a Big National Tournament) then back up to shop, cuz people keep buying stuff. Good thing, too, as last month was kinda slow.
DM, I'll come visit some day...

Promises. All I ever get…
Kung Fu this morning and it’s been weeks since I’ve practiced. This summer my practice went to hell.
Then I’ve got a lot of paperwork to deal with today.

Phew. Got my large ass kicked at the shop; non-stop from open til closing and 80+ degrees in the shop. Had the weekly wee dram with the Henchman. Finally wandered downstairs 20 min ago, ate a cup of ice cream and will now head home. Meet up with H later tonight.
Tomorrow is brunch & bookstore in the Haight, then over to Oaktown to visit close friends of H, one of whom just suffered a major car accident.

Yoga class in a bit and then more paperwork (bills, correspondence & such) plus a spot of work. Maybe laundry, but might do that tomorrow. A mellow Sunday mostly.

Ok, forget what I said this morning. After yoga, I indulged in a charred salmon poke bowl, then hit Ace for some misc items (drain opener), then came home and took a nap on the living room floor with my dog.
I just woke up when the timer for the drain opener went off. Drain is now clear. yay.
Now to that spot of work...
