A young man who just happens to be proficient in Judo, TKD, and Kendo joins the Parole Board as a Martial Arts Officer because they are understaffed and he happened to save one of their officers. At times it's kind of cutesy as the Young Man and his four gaming friends use their computer skills to track criminals. But then it gets really dark as they have to apprehend a child pornographer. The fights are good and gritty as the young man has to take on large groups of attackers only to come up against the final Big Boss. It felt like I veered between an after school special about a man searching for purpose to a violent police procedural.

Kind of recommended for the fight sequences.
