Disappointed that DM isn't posting here after a big party at the hotel. Granted he did go to bed two hours ago.

At star park. Just me & Yuki. Been bomeranging.

He bit one of his pack friends last Sunday. Drew blood on Ravi’s ear. Yuki was defending a particularly tasty patch of mud that he was eating. Fortunately Yuki is the smallest dog in our pack so no one holds him accountable for the violence he heaps on his pack mates.

Speaking of reggae, that reminded me of a couple of things I forgot to mention in the books thread

One of my many random tangents in my book Shaolin Trips was about 4:20 am in China. It was an old rant I had for the canna community, and perhaps a tell for the Shaolin Rasta, a formally underground circle of canna Kung Fu peeps. But now pot is legal so it’s not as relevant. I’ve often considered that passage as one of the many bits I would excise for a 2nd edition, but right now, well, here we are again…

Truth!

Tea with the abbot was a rare privilege.

Then I had a private tea with a monk friend in his quarters in the temple.

Then more tea to stay awake during the committee meetings.

Then at dinner I accepted a wine glass of what I thought was red, but it was some weak Chinese cola.

Maybe that’s the problem?

Good job training your body to wake up at 4:20 to check your phone. We are all very proud.
