My mother is now a member of the Covid club. I'm trying to remember if she has had it before. She's been admitted to the hospital.

Her version is Covid Pneumonia.

My mother has finally tested negative for Covid. They are moving her out of quarantine to a new room away from the woman across the hall who has spent the entire my mother has been there screaming. I heard a lot of cries for pills.

I did get to spend four hours in a face shield, N-95 mask, gloves, and a protective gown. Just a mask for tomorrow's visits.

I think I'm having some post-Covid brain fog. First there was the 27th/28th mixup. And I keep misplacing things, and just kind of feeling dull occasionally. I remember this from when I had Covid in 2020. At that time I feared cognitive decline, but it got better, so this should pass.

I too often wonder about long Covid. My shoulder issues, which I had to go to the ER for, have lessened through yoga and qigong, but I'm still pm nightly nortriptyline, although I'm skipping the occasional night in a flailing attempt to titrate my daily pills.
