Screeners I've been invited to but won't attend
Have you heard the theory that Argylle was written by T-Swizzle? It’s all in the Swifty Easter eggs.

I doubt this. If Taylor wrote it, it’d be making millions already.

I did hear that rumor. Denied vociferously by director Matthew Vaughn.

I know of him. He did a lot of work on MTV back in the 1980s. If you saw his stuff you would most likely recognize it.

That does look familiar.

SCREENING INVITE

You and ONE Non-Media Guest are invited to attend an advance screening of
KUNG FU PANDA 4

Normally, I would do this one (hard to resist something with 'Kung Fu" in the title. But I'm already booked on this screening time.

Besides, this looks bad. I kept up with the franchise until the Dragon Knight series, which sucked. Not sure if that's supposed to be canonical or what. I'm skeptical Awkwafina can save this now. Plus I seem to remember there was an epilogue scene in KFP3 that alluded to a land of pandas (pandaland!) and it doesn't seem like that's where this is going from the trailers.

"Your Face" was his big "hit"...I didn't know he did a Simpson's version

I suspect 4 will be weaker...
In a way, I'm glad I'm dodging that bullet.
We enjoyed that franchise when Tara was young.
But. have you seen Dragon Knight? So awful. Jack Black just lost it...
