Awake until 4:00am for no particular reason.

The weeks of sleeping well ended last night at the behest of my malfunctioning diabetes puck setting off my iPhone alarm. Then once I was up, I stayed up for fear of setting off the alarm again.

Sleep is for the weak.

God, I'm weak.

Who needs personal brain circuses when there’s tiktok now? I’ve been in bed for a few hours already, read a bit, got drowsy because it was a boring read (for work, a martial arts thriller - yawn). I was drifting off as yesterday was a big day of indulgence and I need to rest and recover, but I fell down that tiktok rabbit hole again. Not D00M recommended. We all need our beauty sleep nowadays (or nowanights) and I could literally stay up all night on tiktok and have nothing to show for it the next morning but a headache. Some new tech is stupid.

I went to sleep around 7:00am this morning. Wound-up from a holiday bash and reading an enjoyable book. Not insomnia, though, as I wasn't trying to sleep
