This must be costing you a fortune.

Yup. I had the $ put aside in 2019 then that Covid thing changed things. It’s a-gonna cost a lot.

The temperature is supposed to be at least 90º in San Francisco. Has anyone checked on the Yeti?

He's surely melted like an orange creamsicle on hot pavement. All that's left is the stick (and that's not 'the bone' - don't be fooled). At least he'll escape his dental bills.

It's 88 here. How is it there?

We are at a refreshing 88º at the Lair. The AC might be coming on tomorrow.

90 on the ground, 98 on the bike as I rode around town.

I melted like an Orange creamsicle, leaving nothing but a sticky puddle and a *bone*, not a stick -- no matter what certain dodgy news agencies are trying to peddle.

Currently wearing double layer fencing jacket and a padded leather vest. No AC. Where's my goddam FOG? I pay taxes!

Oh man. I remember those sticky puddles from castle highland.

Today is a work day. I need to hang out an article for KFM this weekend…

And now for another edition of everyone’s fav climate change game - how hot is it in your hood?

86 here. Enough to melt your creamsicle.

Sure. But wasn't that true even without the heat? It's only 88º here at the Lair.

Well damn. I cleared my work chores and was all set to write when the heat took me out. It’s only like 90. I remember when I was younger and worked reggae fests that were more than a 100. But this flooded me. I had to lie down and nap. To be fair, I’m fighting off the edge of an eye infection and this heat wave has discombobulated some randy allergen plants to fornicate in the air. My eyes. My bloody eyes.

I’m now a member of the creamsicle club.
