Brava! That stuck the landing. One of the best lightsaber fights of the franchise. They better get renewed for Season 2.

Yep. That show sure ended, all right. There was a finish and they were done. Yes, indeed. Ashoka's double is a much better fighter than she is. You would think the Star Destroyer would do a lot better job at laying waste to a planet. What good is all that fire power on the ship if you aren't going to use it. And why is that ship so big if the only weapons are a couple of lasers. Why not just close all the doors on the staircase and lock them rather than let your enemy run through them? Can we get some better tactics for the Storm Trooper or is it in their programming to bunch together so they can be shot more easily? I mean wouldn't it be hard to defend against them if they spread out? Why didn't they arrange with the space whales to get a lift back?

I do like the wolf horses.

If you're asking questions about Stormtrooper tactics this late in the game, you should've bailed from the whole Star Wars franchise long ago. 

The concept of Nighttroopers was fun, and zombie night troopers were even funner. 

You know that Captain Enoch was Amos from The Expanse, right?

I can understand the occasional ineptness of the Stormtroopers but this seemed egregious. And don't you want your heroes going up against the best so they look even cooler in comparison? Do you want John Wick going up against Stormtroopers? There wouldn't have been a scratch on him. The strongest steel goes through the hottest fire or so I'm told. This fire was like a heating pad on it's lowest setting.

I was more amused that cutting a door control panel with a lightsaber automatically shuts it. I guess that's a force thang...

Now I'm just wondering what'll happen with Baylan's story arc now that Stevenson passed (assuming S2 gets green lit). He nailed that character and clearly he had more implications.

I was just reading the implications about the statues and their meaning to the force, another throwback to Clone Wars.


Why didn't Thrawn just close all the doors on the staircase before the invaders went through them? Not very bright for a master tactician.

Imperial Star Destroyer towers need to keep all the doors open when they launch because of the changes in pressure. That was established back in Clone Wars.
