And yet, in Man at Arms: Art of War, Danny did all his own stunts.

I did all my own stunts too.

And it was dangerous. We had serious injuries every season, serious enough for stitches.

Alas, the price we paid for art...

Are you saying Danny kept you all in stitches?

Tom's best role was Tropic Thunder.

@ Greg's The Gray Man = Well alright then. I'm in.

@ cf's Playdurism - WTAF?!?

I'm guessing no one was impressed by The Siege of Robin Hood.

Everything is fine.

Siege looked like a high school LARP with a Junior College budget. Gray Men = my kinda film. Plagiarism looked overwrought (we already have a Cronenberg, thank you)
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

Right? It looks horrible from every perspective. I kinda wanna watch it.

Dual looks ok. I don't trust writer/director Riley Stearns. He did The Art of Self Defense which was a terrible film. Dual has Karen Gillan tho, and there's martial arts, and she swings a mean nunchuk.

Moving on...

No way this gets anywhere near Maggie Cheung's version, which I didn't like because it's so painfully French, but I've been thinking I should watch again because bits of it still stay with me and perhaps I should reassess it.

Everything is fine.

The Forgiven

Is Forgiven the sequel to Unforgiven?

Clearly not but I’m thinking they would make a good double feature.

Right?

MQ6 had the sketchiest marquee. Actually it was the ladder we used to get to the top slot of that marquee. You had to stand on the top and straddle the extension of an A-frame ladder. So treacherous. I'm sure it was an OSHA violation, especially because we sent teens up there to do the marquee. Had to change that almost every week.
