Woken by a coughing fit. Then the brain circus starts. So much to think about right now…

I just watched like 3+ hours of TikTok trying to distract myself. My head is not right.

Rough night. I’m vacillating between depression and anxiety over everything. So many details with my mom. Things pop into my head and fester. The anxiety attacks just started over the weekend - adrenaline dumps into my gut - I can’t stand it.

She’s in the new place - this is her first night there. I’m still tweaking. I got one sleep cycle in - I think I got to bed early - and now here I am again. I feel hopeful about the senior care place. The next step is to get on top of the money…
