The subtitle on this is Time Management for Mortals, and the main title comes from the number of weeks in an eighty year lifespan.
His major point is that our time is limited, and we have to accept that fully and remain aware of it. He discusses problems of time optimization systems, mainly that it promises a future time when everything is all lined up, but of course that time will never come., plus getting more done will invite more things that need to get done. He discusses leisure time as well, and there were many good ideas to think about in every chapter, and I want to re-read this to revisit them.
I am not doing this justice. I recommend it heartily.
