I still track her IG but she lost me when she went over to Parler. Many MMA sheeple went that way. It's Dana's doing.

It bugs me a little that some of the celebs I followed went over to the dark side like Eastwood, Gibson, now Carano - but her fall was all about dumb ass posts. On the flip side, some celebs really won my respect on social media like Hamill and Takei.

As much as I respect them, there's a lot of stupid people in MMA. 

It reaffirms the conversation I had with Daniel Wu when we went to dinner last year. He was telling me how he thought Cung had been trumpnotized and I mentioned Carano. He was surprised but we chatted a bit about how MMA has a heavy far-right leaning. Now we all know. Her family is in the Vegas Casino industry so I get why she went that way. I wonder if she's going to become a political figure next. She didn't seem to have that inclination when I met her, but what can you really know about someone you meet at a press junket? 

I'll be interested to see if Cara just disappears or if the Expanse/Alex her.

Rumor had it that Carano was going to star in one of the Mandalorian spin-off shows. Rangers of the New Republic. I don't think it's going to be very hard to find someone to replace her.

S1 Ep2. The Dowager Empress is here and she has never seen the Mandalorian so tQ and I are rewatching the series with her. She also doesn't have Disney+.

Now, I had this problem when I first watched this episode and I had it again when I saw it this time, too. Does it bother anybody else that Mando goes and kills the Rhinocerous like animal just so he can steal it's egg? And the only reason the egg is stolen is so the Jawas can eat it. It just seems off and unnecessarily cruel.

Well, he is a bounty hunter. Apparently that was the only employment option left for Mandalorians after the Empire rose.
