Speaking of off topic, one of my friends just got diagnosed with covid toes. srsly. He was one of the other dads at Penninsula, but we became better friends because he's a professional writer (mostly technical ghost writing) and a tripper. He's okay. He is totally asymtomatic except for the toes which have been worsening for a few weeks but are starting to improve now. His doc, who he trusts, says he's probably past contagiousness, and his family has been quarantined with him so if they have it, they are all asymptomatic. He's been advised to stay at home (duh) and only come in to the hospital if conditions worsen. He lives in Palo Alto.
