So much hope. At this point, I have yet to be rejected by 51 groups of strangers from all the corners of the globe.

It's the thought that counts, I guess.

Fifty-one sounds like a good round number.
Though I suspect there are equally good round numbers of a higher denomination.

I'm doing the transcription for the entire movie. I use an AI based translator called Speedsriber. I need the transcription so if I get accepted into some foreign countries, I can give them a written script of the film.

It strikes me as odd or funny in that the AI always hears D'Asaro as "The Sorrow"

That's a good one. I played with a lot of those transcribers and found them useless. Maybe they're better now. But I always did them by hand.

That being said, I never let an interview get longer than half an hour... Stro is super dense interview-wise.

The emotional roller coaster continues. Still no sign that the two selection committees that are announcing this week have even looked at the film. Well, Turkey did watch for 9% of the time. On the flip side, someone in Warsaw, Poland saw the entire film this morning. And yes, I'm entered in the Warsaw International Film Festival. Seemed appropriate.

Okay, make that 52 entries. I got a personal letter from the DUMBO Film Festival asking me to enter, so I did. DUMBO is an area of Brooklyn and I really want to get this film into a Brooklyn Film Festival. DUMBO stands for Down Under Manhattan Bridge.

There's a dumb pun to be made here but I'll leave that for the yeti.

Dumbarton Bridge is nicknamed dumbo too.
