That's how you know you/ve made it mainstream: Silly marketing names start to take over your business.
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

It's just after 4:20 am. Not sure why I popped awake just now. Maybe the whiskey wore off? Maybe it's the illness...

I hope you are asleep now and not reading this response. I also hope, really hope, that you and yours get better quickly. Being sick sucks, being sick while you travel sucks worse.

Jet lag + coughing fits = DOOM post here.

Stacy has been up for a few hours watching tv. I've been pretending to sleep.

Just remember that when you are lying there at 4:20, trying to get back to sleep, I'm probably in a park somewhere chasing the dogs.

You know, I saw a lot of Irishmen out walking dogs in the wee hours. Same kind of dogs too. Here all these years I was thinking that was Greg to dog lover, only to discover it was Greg the Irishman.

While Greg is repping Ireland canine culture, I'm tweaking about going back to work after two weeks away. But today starts with a dr. appt.  Been sucking on tussen to try and cear my left lung to no avail. Need a stronger expectorant and maybe a brachial dilator too.

Alas. Back to the salt mine. Bummer.

Snapped awake with thoughts of Piller and the Deck build at 3:15. Lay there until 3:50, when I gave up on sleep and took the dogs out.

Good luck with the lung, DM!

I debated about not posting here today. Snapped awake at 4;15 and thought I could get back to sleep. Alas no. For the weekend I'll take something to help me sleep (ill advised on commute days).

It's like our cycles are synching! Although I don't think you can hear Maeve whining from Santa Cruz.

I blame it on listening to President-elect Tiny Hands give a speech and then have my head go to overload with questions.

I don't know what the hell is going on. Or maybe I do. Right now the deck project is weighing on my mind with it's series of problems to be solved. I'm also trying to figure out how to chop about 90 minutes from The Last Captain so I can get it to a point where it's sort of manageable. Finally, yesterday, in my free time, I started the process of refinancing my mortgage.

Oh, boy.

I did eventually go back to sleep where I ended up in a dream where DM and I were in Ireland being drive around by a friend of mine named Lilly Goggin. At some point Lilly disappeared much to my dismay.

So there I was, wide awake at 4:20 am, finally deciding I can't go back to sleep so I might as well turn on mu iPhone and post here. What happens? SQL error. DOOMwebmaster Greg repaired this just now, presumably after his dogs took him for a walk, so that's why this post is tardy.

I blame Fred flintstone & trump.

Woke up at 4:20 on the nose. Thought about posting but decided to try to go back to sleep. Spent the next hour thinking of what I would post. Composed something but forgot it. Sleep is weird.

3:20 is the new 4:20. I've been getting about this time for the last couple of weeks.

Today was particularly egregious because I was just to go out on a world tour with AC/DC as roadie. I lay there disappointed until it was dog walk time.

Some weekends I get too much sleep. Then I pop awake at 2am-ish, waiting until 4ish to post here, thinking about the week ahead on a Monday morn, bumming over the state of the U.S., listening to the rain and dreading the commute.
FML.
