I have an extra ticket (purchased 2 but friend bailed) for nosebleed seats (balcony, row v) for this show.
First responder gets to sit next to me and sing 'Bungle in the Jungle' really loud.

The funny thing is that Mrs. Dm noticed JT was playing and was like "Are they still alive?"

Heh - reminds me of the Darryl Hall home renovation show.
I don't think they're doing it for the money. It's the craving to be a celebrity. I just finished Pete Townshends autobiography and he touches on it.
Basically it's the desire for immortality by any means necessary.
It's the one human trait I am fascinated by, the more wealth and power you attain, you crave more. I like to think that if i had unlimited wealth I would buy an island, swim in the ocean, play video games, watch 'Wild Wild West' episodes and drink whiskey until I died.
Some people need to put on a suit/tie and go into the office every day I guess.
This is a complicated topic but I find it interesting that Cat Stevens is going back on tour.
