Space Battleship Yamato (aka Star Blazers)

I found out last July that they were making a live action version of Spaceship Yamato (aka Star Blazers), due out last December in Japan. Thought I posted something about it here, but search didn't find it. Going to Wondercon yesterday reminded me about it. Wonder if it was any good.
