Actually, last night I came up with a solution to this whole waking up too early thing. I was just up all night. What with the dog barking, the unusual heat and my bulging belly, I don't think I slept for more that 15 minutes at a stretch.

Hello 4:20, my old friend.
The 4:20 effect is most pronounced when I'm not sleeping in my own bed. Mind you, my hotel bed is quite comfortable. It just occurred to me that this might be the result of decades of music festivals. A nite krew prerec is to be up at 4:20...

Man, El Rey put me up in a nice hotel. I got two huge comfy beds. I'm still on CA time. I've been working hard and long all week. And I haven't slept a single night through. FML.
