I'll doubke check, but I think it is just one tin to one container of cheese.
Yup, 1-1, sardines in olive oil, drain oil, mix until consistency of paste. Use the spicy ones for extra flavor

Hey! How's are Covid Ward doing? CF? Lady CF? Mrs. The Queen?

The Queen emerged this morning from isolation after three less than pleasant days. Her fever broke last night. She has to get healthy since next Thursday she returns to Florida for a conference.

Is that the flooded part of Florida?

I’m back to my semi-normal self and — sigh — back in Florida. Teaching in Sarasota for a day, then back to my mom’s place for a couple of days, then back home. Can’t wait to get back to the Lair.
The second bout was a little more energy-sapping than the first round, but Paxlovid did a great job again. The 5 days of metallic saliva is taste is unpleasant, and it does cause some intestinal upset, but well worth it.
Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

There’s soft foam around the part that fits over the bridge of the nose, the bottom of the mask has a little extra depth under the chin, and the elastic straps go around the neck and head instead of around the ears. I know the seal around my face is good because my glasses don’t fog up. One more full day with Mom (who is doing GREAT! — so nice to visit and not have to go anywhere near a hospital!) and then it’s home to the Lair.

That’s good to hear and I’m actually running low on masks. Maybe I’ll give those a try.

We can't get tests anymore, but we can still get these from/for the office:
https://applemagazine.com/new-video-show...fers/43703 They fit nicely, are N95, and can optionally go behind the head or over the ears. It's probably not great, but I keep an opened one in my back pocket at all times now. Better slightly dirty than nothing at all... --tg

Indeed. You almost got away clean.

I tested this morning as a precaution. I am completely asymptomatic.
One of my responder friends once told me 'you can't catch covid if you don't test for it.' So bummed. I'm isolating at my mom's house.

Isn't that a load a crap. The having Covid part, not the testing part.
