Nice. Thanks for the reminder. I was wondering what I'd watch tonight. Lupin starts up again too I think.

I have seen the Loki. Everything is messed up. Ke Huy Quan is very good chewing all the scenery. Quan as OB gets to spout a lot of dialogue that makes no sense so I just let it unfold. Stay for the after credits sequence.

Quote:Broxton is where Thor ended up recreating the City of Asgard after his rebirth. It’s basically pretty similar to New Asgard in the Thor movies, but instead of being in Norway, it's in Oklahoma.

Well that was fun. Didn’t make a lick of sense but I love what Ke is bringing and Tom and Owen are killing it. I consoled myself after my creamsicle collapse with this, an electrolyte drink and a bag of nacho chips, and the world is right again. Still hot, but right.
I’m still all in on this. Fingers crossed for more alligator Loki.

Sure was a lot of stuff going on that I had no idea about. Was I supposed to watch an episode of Clone Wars to figure this out?
I can't remember the main guy they were interrogating but later figured out he was from the TVA, but vaguely.

A lot more stuff going on that doesn't make a lick of sense. It all looks good but it's not going anywhere. Miss Minutes seems to be oddly grafted into this episode. There doesn't seem to be a main character and his journey to focus on. Loki just happens to be around when all these things are going on.

D+ restored
E2: Wut da heck? After the short break, I was totally lost in the ep. Just a mess of confusion. For a minute, I thought my mind short circuited, then I read Greg’s review and was reassured. At least we were confuzzled together. This ep felt more like a McD’s ad - talk about ad placement overkill. At one point, I was remembering exactly what those McD apple pies tasted like and then I started wondering if there was some subliminal mind control going on. This was an annoying ep. E3: This ep explained a lot. The time paradoxes hurt my head if I started to think about it so I made a conscious effort NOT to think about it at all. Miss Minutes got super creepy at the end. Ke is killing it. He has such an awkward delivery, somewhere between an accent and a lisp, but it totally works here. And there was a sword so that was cool. I liked the Odin diorama bit - it brought Loki back to his godly roots: E4: This story is getting out of hand. Do I understand all the subtleties? Or are there no subtleties and it’s just that way? I dunno. Don’t really care. It’s like the time paradoxes; it ruins it if I think on it too hard. Better to just let it go. A lot of death in this ep. And that recon cliffhanger totally got me.
