Hold your horses, bub. Don't ever review a movie from an incomplete poster.

Nice work. Lyndell has outdone himself.

First off, my composer is going to kill me. Probably because I keep telling him I'll like it when I hear it.

It's not that bad. There are just a couple of passages that I'm trying to get to work. But I don't have the vocabulary to get him to do it. Which is probably immensely frustrating for him.

Meanwhile, Lyndell keeps painting.

Ooooh, yeah. We wouldn't blame him.

But then who would keep the forum alive?

If he doesn't kill me, Lyndell will. We are discussing the poster and I'm offering my suggestions.

The forum is doomed. It's right there in the title.

I need feedback. Not static.

I put this together so I could have some headers and background artwork.

I lose the “fencer” image in the background photo. Maybe make fencer white like the stand alone logo, or translucent?

BTW, the STRO logo is super strong and really good

Thank you, Yeti.

DM, you know you aren't in the movie, right?

Okay, honestly, I'm not sure if Stro's screaming face as an inset quite works.  Part of me thinks it does.  Another part finds it distracting.  It reminds me of several designs our senior graphic artist put out over the years.  It's attention grabbing but distractingly so.

And I do think there needs to be more swords.  Seriously, that's not me just being me.  No one outside the fencing world will recognize Stro's face so that's not a sell point.  Commoners will recognize swords and medals.  Don't make them work for it because they won't.  You've got to hit them with the obvious.

The main purpose for this banner is to put it behind a black gradient on the website without the logo.
