My Family
I had a nice chat with my mother which caused me to leave her with my sister and walk home from the restaurant.

Whatever coping skills I had for her over the summer are gone. Plus, the current new film stress isn't helping any.

I was seriously considering bunking with the Yeti in Milbrae tonight. Although, I don't have knickers.

Call me, dude. I'm currently paying rent on 2 apartments. That said, things just got weird and unpleasant with the Ex, so maybe you don't want to stay in North Beach...?

It looks like I am done with my mother.

I came home from Oregon and had an hour long fight with my mother about my hostility. Yes, the ghost of my father's disappointment was brought up often.

The fight probably stemmed from the plan of my sister and I to go out to dinner without her on Tuesday. She doesn't understand why we would want to go out with out her.

The upshot: I've been kicked out of the house and I'm not ever welcome back. For some reason she thinks the thought of me never seeing her again is going to make me sad.

Do you need a place to crash tonight?  Our bungalow is super small but Tara's room is unoccupied and Stacy can relate to having a nutjob mom.  Text me.

Greg, I'm not qualified to comment on your mother, but I do remember that my mother got super paranoid and told me that she never wanted to see me again. I was relieved but she relented after a day, so no luck. But it was one of the first big indicators of her slipping into dementia. On the plus side, her dementia has pretty much erased her mean and judgmental side, and left her fairly content, if childlike.

We will offer our abode as well as a crash site, now and likely on future trips to this area.  If you're at all interested, let me know, and we can discuss it further.

Our couch is super comfy. We have Netflix and Prime video - come have scotch and breakfast (I know, same thing).

My mother is a bluffer. Today she tells me she never kicked me out.

I read that 'b' as an 'f' at first.   Confused

Too soon?

Anyway, couch, scotch and streaming sounds great ED.  I'll be there as soon as someone kicks me out.  Of maybe I'll just come for the scotch.

Crap.  I'd just prepared the bed of nails and queued up The Human Centipede trilogy.

Um, I didn't think DM had fallen so far down the well of need, that he would contemplate my mother as his f.....

I thought it had something to do with the abysmal treatment of prevosts by the Last Cap crew.
