The Author Copies have arrived in Raymond! Sadly, they are trapped in the Raymond Post Office. I received an email about the shipment and what should they do about it. I was ready to head to the post office to pick them up but I received the note about ten minutes after the post office closed. I'll be knocking on their door first thing tomorrow.

Since I've never heard of it, I looked up Raymond on the map. Where is that relative to you?

Kind of, sort of. If The Black Scorpions was in the top ten of all books, then it would be drinks all around. But this list is a subsections of a subsection of a subsection.
That being said, I'll take it. Fingers crossed for the thing I won't mention so I don't jinx it.

I was disappointed to see that if you ordered the book yesterday, the delivery date was late august. It would take almost 50 days to get the book. Later the book was listed as out of stock. The book is back in stock today and the delivery time has dropped to July 24. Still too long to get a book.

Just sent off my first autographed copy of the book. That felt weird.
My sister Stephanie has a friend in the ICU in Seattle with lung cancer and they don't expect him to leave the ICU. My sister wanted to get him the book so I sent it off.

Oof. What a way to start.
I remember the first autograph I did for someone I didn’t know - it was at TCEC for this rather buxom Shaolin gal from Vegas. I thought I’d made it.
I want an autographed edition too. I’ll bring you my copy after I get it ordered.

I ordered mine through my local store. I don't want it defaced with some rando's scrawl.

I was excited to learn you can already buy a used copy of The Black Scorpions on Amazon for $51.56. I don't know how that works, but there you have it.

Sigh. The gentleman who is in hospice with lung cancer who requested the book died before it got to him........
