The Queen and I left our abode and traveled to Santa Clarita where we whiled away the hours until midnight playing poker. And yes, goddammit, we played for frickin money. Some people. The Queen took home top honors and fifty bucks.
But my screen saver flashed me a picture from our summer trip that seems to be particularly apt for this time of year. Who would have thought they would have a creepy skeleton gaurding one of the crypts inside St. Peter's?
