I've been using the MS word transliteration tool (only available for PC, not Mac) and it's getting better and better. But it still drop some good ones (in all fairness, it's mostly the Japanese terms that confounds it).

Shinobi no mono = synovial mono
Hattori clan = Hot 30 clam
Tampopo & A Taxing Woman = Tom Bobo and attacking Woman
