E2 was a bit stronger. At the very least, the tone of this series is taking shape.
I liked the scene with Jackson and Cheadle. There was a lot going on there.
I'm also saddened by the death which seems irrevocable now. Twas a character that I liked, even though I didn't watch much of SHIELD.
I'm on the fence about the AI-generated opening. I suppose I'm worried AI is after my job too, so although I like the tonal change, it's a bit disturbing.
Bring on more Coleman. She literally steals the show in this episode with one delicious torture scene.
BTW, I rewatched E1 with Tara before she left to Tassajara. I enjoyed it more on second viewing. She enjoyed it a lot.
I'm feeling an urge to rewatch Captain Marvel because I don't quite remember the details of the Skrull story. But I probably won't.
I'm warming up to this show. Still not completely sold, but I'm intrigued enough to invest in 4 more eps, if for no other reason than more Coleman scenes.
