Shouldn't that be "in the RIGHT hands"? If they're in the wrong hands, I don't see how it'd be much of a threat. You'd have to have some semblance of "right" hands to be a danger to someone, wouldn't you?
Perhaps I'm missing something. Wouldn't be the first time.
