It's not standard. Nothing is standard. That's not the way Chinese martial arts works.
The same quanpu might describe different moves. The same move might have multiple quanpu. It’s very abstract.
Deer horn knives are used mostly in Bagua, a style which works off walking in circles, so yeah, lots of spinning around.
