...we get to meet the villainess and she’s kick ass - Fennec from The Mandalorian. 

Wait a second! Ming Na Wen's character, Fennec Shand from the Mandalorian, is going to be in this? 

With the earlier cameo of Kanen, it seems that Bad Batch is about linking the various franchise. We've already seen Saw Gerrara who links Clone Wars, Rebels and Rogue One, and Tarkin from A New Hope, et.al. 

This does mean that Fennec is older than Boba Fett. It starts shortly after Order 66 and Boba is only a wee lad at that time. Fennec is a full grown bad ass in this ep4 (Temuera is 3 years older than Ming-na in our world).
