Today, the Tribeca Film Festival decided they didn't want Stro either. Which means I can now make public the fact you can see Stro on Amazon Prime. It's been on there for a couple of weeks but I didn't want to announce it for fear of running afoul of Tribeca's entrance policies.
What happened was I put the film on a distribution platform called Filmhub back in February. Filmhub then markets the film to all the streaming services. They take 20% of the profits from the distribution. Before I knew it, the film was on Amazon. I still had festivals to attend and festivals don't like it if you have streaming deals. I was going to take it down or at least delay it until I read that Amazon was no longer going to allow documentaries like mine on their service. I thought it would be bad not to be on Amazon so I didn't do anything and waited to hear word from the festivals. They've all said no, so I'm good. Although there are still a few still out there but none of them are as important as Tribeca.
So, the film is available on Amazon. It's also on Tubi and Plex, two platforms I know nothing about but they are making Stro: TMDS available to their viewers.

As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm
