I wish that were so. It's more like they were just negligent. It was a struggle to pay, as if it wasn't annoying enough already. We've dealt with them before with our cat and were also unsatisfied with their service.
I'm still traumatized from that 7 hour wait. I've had no patience for anything this week. Stacy gave me a massage yesterday to try to settle me out.
The bill was just under $300. We need to find another dog ER. Our regular vet is okay but not open on Sundays and they could've handled this easily. Finding a good vet is like finding a good dentist or a good mechanic.
Yuki is back to normal. The hot spot is extinguished and in retrospect, we probably could've done it on our own with a cone of shame, but we weren't sure what it was. We have extra powder if it happens again, plus a cone.
