Political Correctness Gone Awry

Forgot about that song. It is a great one. And this made me think - this song is kind of like a short story, with the two characters talking, so the words are theirs, and they're insulting each other in that stanza. And I think the slut/faggot exchange rings true to the characters. So are we now in a situation like banning Huckleberry Finn (or many other old books for that matter) for using the N-word? Maybe I'm overthinking this.

I guess enjoy some songs in private.
