Oh screw this movie. It gets all this free buzz for being soooo crappy and it captures the box on opening week. What is happening to marketing in this country? Now I'm giving it more free buzz, but screw it. I'm doomed.
No I didn't see it. PSYCH! I don't have to see it. I freaking live it. Our cat has got in the habit of catching those little grass snakes, torturing them, and leaving their broken bodies in our home. They usually crawl into some crevice to hide and die. We've had three recently.
Snake #1: Cat comes trotting happily into garage with wriggling snake #1 in mouth. There's much screaming from the women of the household as well as a shocked gasp from the lone man. The lone man proceeds to chase said cat, who drops snake #1. Then the lone man captures snake #1 with a broom and dustpan as said cat tries to recapture it. Snake #1 is dumped in the front yard in a bush which will be known as the 'snake graveyard' and said cat is monitored to prevent recapture.
Snake #2: Upon returning from a trip, daughter notices what she beleives to be ants eating a slug in the center crevice in the garage. It's actually snake #2, who is still wriggling. Snake #2 has coiled itself tightly in the crack and cannot be pulled free without snapping it's body in two. Lone man decides to let nature take its course. Wife covers the nature in action with a large piece of cardboard. The next day, snake #2 is dead and mostly devoured. Lone man gingerly pulls it free from the crack, retrieving most of the remains and tossing them in the snake graveyard. The following day, the ants clean up the rest.
Snake #3: Housecleaner discovers snake #3 dead under the small living room carpet. It is a fresh kill. Housecleaner tosses snake #3 into the zen garden. This morning, lone man retrieves snake out of the garden and transfers it to the snake graveyard.
We recently installed a cat door. This has become a major problem.
