I hear you are supposed to try Powers Whiskey as that is only available in Ireland.

I completely recant what I said about Powers. When I first tried it, I told the tender 'that's too smooth. That's dangerous.' He laughed. We got two bottle at the duty free when we left to spend the last of our Irish cash. And now, I love it. So smooth. Too smooth...and warming like a friendly kiss from a ginger Irish lass. Mmmmmm. And it's own available in the U.S. And it's cheap, at least as imports go. I think I'll have another. Yes please.
