Over the Hedge is also about Pringles. Over the Hedge captures the essence of Pringles, akin to what Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle does for pot or what Flirting with Disaster does for acid. It catches the 'trip', encapsulating it in a way that only film can.
Once I was on my way out of China at this luxury hotel. I was travel sick and ready to be home after too long at Shaolin Temple. In the lobby gift store, they had those little half cans of Pringles. It was another food epiphany. Nothing is more civilized, more suburban than Pringles. Just gotta have 'em sometimes.
The further I get from OtH, the more I like it. If I were to see it again, I'd probably hate it. Unless I had some Redbull and Pringles....
